The family is saddened to announce the passing of Hazel in her 111th year at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Friday, August 1, 2014. Visitation will take place at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (905-844-2600)on Friday, August 8, 2014 from 12-2pm when a service celebrating Hazel's life begins at 2pm in the Kopriva Taylor Chapel.
