It is with great sadness that the family of Harald Feth announce his passing on April 24, 2025, after an 8 year stay at Wyndham Manor, Oakville.

Harald was predeceased by his mother Katharina.  Leaving to mourn, his father Otto, brother Richard (Edith) and sisters Evelyn Bieri and Ruth (Ray) Kowalchuk.

He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews and extended family.

Harald was born on October 24, 1953 in Karlsruhe, Germany, the first child of Otto and Katharina.
Because of his limitations, his parents made the decision to immigrate to Canada in 1954 for the best interest of Harald.

Harald attended Bruce Lyn School in Oakville, then was a valued participant at Community Living Oakville for 45 years.  He looked forward to working at Community Living, and did not like to be absent from work.

Harald was extremely organized and did not like mess.  His room was always the tidiest in the house.  He adored nice clothing and was always impeccably dressed.

Harald had an excellent memory and knew the birthdays of his entire family, including nieces and nephews, and would diligently remind everyone.

Harald loved to swim, and would proudly display the butterfly, breast stroke and back stroke to anyone watching.  He received a trophy at a competition for special needs in his teen years.

Harald had a beautiful smile and kind demeanour.  He was gentle, patient and loving to everyone he encountered and will be sadly missed.

Many thanks to the staff at Trafalgar and Palermo, Wyndham Manor, as well as Dr. McDowell.  Your care for Harald was outstanding.

Visitation will be held at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home 64 Lakeshore Rd. W., Oakville, Tuesday April 29, 2025 10:30 - 11:30 am with service to follow in the chapel at 11:30 am. Burial then to take place at St. Jude's Cemetery.
