Passed away peacefully at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in his 89 ^th year. Gerry, beloved husband of Shirley (nee Hayden) for 63 years. He leaves behind his three children Nancy McLean (Ian), Ken (Kelly) and Jennifer Munn (Scott). Cherished Poppa of David, William, Simon, Kenneth, Holly, Hayden, Ollie and Abbey. After 35 years working with Bell Canada, Gerry enjoyed retirement for 31 years. The family would like to thank the nurses of Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital Floor 5 Central Stroke Unit for their care and compassion given to Gerry and his family.

Memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Saint Dominic Roman Catholic Church, 2415 Rebecca St., Oakville. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Gerry can be made to the Oakville Fareshare Food Bank http://www.oakvillefoodbank.com/
