Surrounded by the love of his family, Frank Pessot passed away peacefully on Monday  February 21, 2022. He leaves behind his loving wife, Dee and daughter, Jennifer (André) and his beloved grandchildren Jake and Sofia. He is survived by his sister, Luci (Sam), sisters-in-law, Lillian and Eleanor, brother-in-law, Mel (Kathy) and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Angelo and Nicolina Pessot.

Frank was born in the village of Cimpello, Italy and came to Canada at the age of 6. He spent his early life in Hamilton and moved to Oakville in the 70's.

Frank was very proud of his Italian heritage and loved spending time with his family, especially sharing a recent trip to Italy with them. "Papa" spent countless hours with his grandchildren, enjoying lego, mastermind, puzzles and brain teasers. He appreciated a good joke and a great song. Frank loved sports, especially backyard Bocce games and his two favourite athletes, Jake and Sofia.

Special thanks to his healthcare team, Dr. Zamora, Dr. Malik and all of the palliative care team. Thank you to all of his colleagues at Lewis Motors, especially Paul, his family appreciates your care and concern.

Visitation will be held on Friday February 25, 2022 at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm.

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday February 26, 2022 at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville at 1 o'clock pm.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the IWK Children's Hospital , Halifax, Nova Scotia.
