It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Franco Palumbo in his 94th year on February 22nd at West Oak Village LTC.

Franco now joins his beloved wife, Nilla (predeceased 2018) and will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his children Enza (Tony) Venditti, Anthony (Anne Marie) & Grace Morlet (Alberto Menendez). Beloved nonno to Riccardo (Cristi), Mike (Kat), Patrick (Kristina), Michelle (Pedro), Tony (Sylvia), Greg (Labiba), Carmen & Alberto Menendez Jr. Bis-nonno to Piero, Alex, Pablo, Alaia & Isla.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 27th from 1-3pm and 6-8pm at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 28th at 11:00am at St. James Roman Catholic Church, 231 Morden Road, Oakville. Entombment will follow at Glen Oaks Cemetery, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Franco to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
