Predeceased by his parents, siblings and other family members in Italy and Canada. He will be deeply missed by extended family, nieces, nephews, neighbors and many dear friends.
Born in Italy, Francesco immigrated to Canada in 1967 with Immacolata and their children in search of a better life for their family. A devoted husband, father and grandfather, he will forever be remembered for his strong spirit, historic story telling of Italy and unwavering love for family gatherings. Francesco found his greatest joy in tending to his garden, sharing meals with loved ones and preserving the traditions and values that shaped generations. We find peace in knowing he is once again dancing with his beloved Imma in heaven. May he rest in eternal peace while remaining forever in our hearts.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all those who provided care, compassion and support to Francesco and his family. ( Carol, Kristyna, Leslie, and the Palliative Care team at OTMH)
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the palliative care team at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
