In loving memory of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend, who passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of her family and care givers, on Wednesday, March 24, 2010, in her 87th year. Florence (Crowley), beloved mother of Wayne (Lynn), Noreen (Ken), Donna (Mike) and Gary. Predeceased by her loving husband Bob. Nanny was very much loved and will be missed by her 7 grandchildren: Kimberley and Jennifer; Ryan, Nicole and Spencer; Stephanie and Justin; and 4 great-grandchildren; Rhys and Tela; Samuel; and Sadie. Predeceased by her sister Diane and brother Eric. Florence enjoyed sharing her time with friends, and as a volunteer with the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, St. Jude's Anglican Church Altar Guild and ACW. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600), Oakville from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday. A service to celebrate the life of Florence will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 29, 2010, St. Jude's Anglican Church, 160 William Street, Oakville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
