Fanny passed away peacefully at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Sonny. Loving mother of Rick. Very proud grandmother and great-grandmother. Dear sister of Mary, Jessie, Vera, Harry and Ivor Trowbridge. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and their families. Visitation will be held, at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600), Oakville from 12 – 1pm with a service celebrating Fanny's life at 1pm on Saturday, January 7, 2012. A special thank you to the nursing staffs of Oakville Senior's Residence and Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Interment of cremated remains at St. Jude's cemetery at a later date.
