Obituary

Peacefully at the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital in the arms of the Lord and surrounded by her loving family, we announce with great sadness the passing of Evangeline Bessie Marie on Monday , April 16, 2012, at 3:42 a.m. Predeceased by husband, Burney Reeve, son Danny Reeve, great-grandson Duncan Stewart, sister Margaret Whyte, brothers, Bob, Chrys, Hugh and Malcolm Lewis. Survived by sister Mildred Sellers and brother Ken Lewis, daughters Debbie Goddard, Barbara Stewart (Paul), Ann-Louise Seidenberg (Harold), Valerie Goddard-Duncan (Jim), son Arthur Goddard (Dawn). Lovingly remembered by 15 grandchildren, their spouses and 8 great-grandchildren with 2 great-grandchildren on the way, along with other extended family members & friends. Visitation will be held at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Rd. W., Oakville (1 block east of Kerr St.) 905 844-2600 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18th, 2012. A service celebrating Marie's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 19th, 2012, at Evangel Pentecostal Church, 1450 Rebecca Street, Oakville. Interment at Burlington Memorial Gardens on Guelph Line. Special thanks for the kindness that was shown by Yolanda and the palliative care nurses and the blessing for the use of their wonderful hospice room at the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital. Deepest appreciation to the pastors of the Evangel and Glad Tidings Pentecostal Churches. Donations appreciated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
