Peacefully after a lengthy illness at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington in his 94th year, on Tuesday, February 19, 2008. Rico, beloved husband of the late Maria. Loved father of Fede Moreau of Florida and Frank and his wife Arlene of Burlington. Dear grandfather of Dean Moreau, Jodi and her husband Terry Turbyfill, all of Florida, Jennifer and her husband Kent Barber of Burlington and Natalie and her fiancée Jamie of Vancouver. Great-grandfather of Lauren, Tanner, David and Ella. Also survived by his sisters-in-law Pina and Anna and many other family members in Croatia. Special thanks to Dr. Bradford and the nursing staff of Joseph Brant 4E for all of their compassionate care. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Rd. West, Oakville, (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Friday. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2008 at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 2016 Blairholm Avenue, Burlington. Interment White Chapel Cemetery.
