Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at the Carpenter Hospice in Burlington on March 17, 2012 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Stan for 59 years. Loved mother of Gary (Luella), Charlene (Jan Czarnecki) and Robert (Lucie). Cherished grandmother of Cynthia, Jeff, Heather and Christine, Mathew, Mark, Philip, Tracy and Daniel and godson Michael. Great-grandmother of Carter, Ashley, Lauren, Madison and Lillianna. Survived by her brothers Ben, Jim, Frank and Calvin Daku and sisters Ethel Demyen and Martha Nagy. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at Carpenter Hospice and Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for their care and support.
