After a long battle with multiple health problems Eleanor Scott, daughter of the late George Anderson Scott, died on the 6th of March, 2024 at 11:20 in the morning. With her mother holding her little hand, and singing to all her favorite songs, she left us.

One of my dear friends Evelyn, Elli's workshop instructor sent me an email describing Elli's day, a loving caring person, which made all the children happy and made her loss easier to bear, even though I always thought could have done more.

Ellie had the best Mom in the world!
I remember Ellie walking from House 6 to the workshop and later from House 9.
I remember her laugh, her hand clapping, her love for music, and how inquisitive she was
She loved her warm chocolate with lots of treats in her comfy big armchair.
She loved crafts and I know that she knew when we made a special card for mom at different occasions.
She laughed out loud when we brushed paint on her little hands and fingers for a print for you.
She loved walks downtown or to the park with a leaf in her hand.
She loved ripping papers and just listening to her radio.
There are so many many beautiful memories that I will treasure... but
more than anything, Ellie loved her Mom, who did everything for her and was always there.
Ellie had the very best Mom in the world!
