Passed away, aged 91 years, due to Alzheimer's, Jan. 7, 2024 in Oakville, surrounded by family.
Much beloved husband of Catherine (née Anderson), married 67 years. Dear father of Karen, Patti (Ron), Colleen (David), and Peggy. Loving grandfather of Lauren, Kevin, Graeme, Conran, Sean, Pierce and Erin, and great-grandfather of four. Predeceased by his parents Edward Joseph Conderan and Irene O'Brien.
Ed will be remembered by his many relatives, friends, and former colleagues for his honesty, integrity, kindness, generosity, and great sense of humour.
After serving for thirty years on the Etobicoke Fire Dept., Ed retired, and he and Cath moved to Muskoka to fulfill their dream of year-round cottage country living. Ed cherished his role as devoted and fun-loving husband, dad and grampa, and enjoyed creating many happy memories of fishing, boating, card games and parties with family and friends over his many years in Muskoka.
A Celebration of Life will take place in the near future; family and friends will be invited. In lieu of flowers, Cath and family would appreciate donations to Alzheimer's research at the foundation of your choice, or one of the following:
