Peacefully on Tuesday, July 21st, 2009 in her 90th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Charles Edward Snider, her brother Buzz Borland and sister Iris MacQuarrie, and her grandson Luis Calles. Loved and will be greatly missed by her six children: Judy and Luis Calles; Shirley and Ken Sawyer; Cpt. Charles Edward (retired) and Marlene Snider; Ruth Snider; Cpt. David Snider and Kelli Kryzanowski; Sheila and Tim McGuire. Will always be loved and missed by her eight surviving grandchildren: Scott and Chris Sawyer; Steven Calles; Chip and Daniel Snider; Chris, Andrew and Shannon McGuire, and many dear nieces and nephews. Too briefly known by her three great-grandchildren Kate, Jamie and Lily Sawyer. Service will be held Friday, July 24th, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Rd. West, (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600), Oakville. A reception will follow the service at the McGuires' home, 2203 Winding Woods Drive, Oakville – (905) 257-1466.
