We are sad to announce the passing of Lionel. He will always be remembered for a good card game, lots of jokes, and as the culprit to many a birthday ornament found on one's lawn. Predeceased by his loving wife, Evelyn. Lionel leaves behind his children: Paulyne Lack (Bob, of late) and Ross Latter (Nancy), his grandchildren: Sean Lack (Andrea Annis), Kara Morrison (Derek), Brendan Lack, Andrea Latter (Shaun Lunney) and Shannon Lack (Cliff Skinner), and 4 great grandchildren: Adeline Lunney, Declan Morrison, Hailey Skinner and Eleanor Lunney. Also leaving behind his siblings Neill Latter and Claire Tettmar, his sister in law Marilyn Wallace (John), and his dear companion, Pat Carriere.

Lionel lived a life full of purpose. He was well known and actively involved in his community, driving for the Red Cross and then Meals on Wheels up until the week before he passed. At his request, there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Oakville Meals on Wheels or the charity of your choice.
