DONNA TURNER (1928 – 2025)
Donna Turner passed away peacefully on February 6, 2025 at West Oak Village in Oakville.

She is also survived by four great-grandchildren: James, Isaac, Caleb, and Reed.
Donna was previously married for 57 years to Arthur Reed, who died in 2008. She married Tom Turner in 2011, with whom she had a wonderful marriage and who lovingly cared for her during her years living with Alzheimer's disease.
She was born Donna Marie Eva Willrich in 1928 and grew up in Hamilton as one of seven Willrich siblings. Throughout her life, Donna was an active volunteer in her church, most recently Church of the Epiphany in Bronte, and in the community. Donna was a proud leader of the 22nd Oakville Brownie Pack and was the Membership Secretary of the Oakville YMCA for many years.
Donna loved spending time with family and friends, and will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and sense of humour.
Special thanks and appreciation go to all the staff at West Oak Village who provided such warm and thoughtful care during her stay.
A Celebration of Life will be held later this spring. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada .
