Obituary
Passed away peacefully with his family at his side on December 23 at Norfolk County Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 58 wonderful years Loretta Katherine Meaker (nee Hunchik) and their three children Katherine and her husband Randal Lennie, Christopher and his wife Laurel, and Gregory and his partner Gerard Landreville. He also leaves behind his two cherished grandchildren Jordan Meaker, and Alexandra and her husband Adam Rice. Also mourning his loss are his sisters Dorothy and her husband Gordon Borron, Barbara and her husband Harry Jarvis, Jack and Helen Hunchik his brother and sister-in-law, and his aunt Ethel Davis. He will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, and valued friends in Toronto, Oakville, Port Rowan and Bonita Beach Florida.
A viewing will be held between 3:00 and 6:00 pm on Friday December 26 at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home 64 Lakeshore Road W. Oakville Ontario. A memorial service will take place at Lynedoch United Church, 307 Charlton Street, Lynedoch Ontario at 2:00 pm on Saturday December 27.
