It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Don at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital after a long battle with cancer. He was born and raised in Montreal and spent most of his working years in the steel service industry, mainly with Hugh Russel & Sons Ltd (Russel Steel). He held positions in both Eastern and Western Canada.
He leaves to mourn his loving wife of 62 years, Muriel; son Peter (Dale Hunter) and granddaughters Avery and Megan; son Kenneth (Rosanna) and granddaughters Maria and Aurora; daughter Colleen (Bill); and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and per his wishes there will be no service. May he
rest in peace. Donations may be made in his name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
