Desmond Todman passed away at home, peacefully, in his sleep on September 16, 2021. Desmond was born in Lucknow, India to Edythe Roberts and Eric Todman in 1934. Celebrating his life as he leaves us is his wife of 57 years, Betty; son, Matthew; grandson Ethan; sister, Sandra; several nieces and nephews all over the world; and the many friends he made along the way.
Desmond was an adventurous spirit travelling from India at a young age to England, then Canada, the United States and back to Canada, finally settling down for the past 30 plus years in Oakville, Ontario.
Always a gentleman, he will be remembered for his courageousness, kindness, love and optimism he showed everyone he encountered.
Arrangements:
September 21, 2021 1:00pm: Visitation
September 21, 2021 2:00pm: Funeral Service
Location: Anglican Church of the Incarnation, 1240 Old Abbey Lane, Oakville, Ontario
Following the Visitation and Funeral Service a Wake will be held at Seasons Restaurant at 134 Lakeshore Road East, Oakville, Ontario
Due to Covid restrictions a limited number are allowed to attend. You are asked to sign up above to attend.
