Edwards, Derenda (Derry) J. 1932 - 2018 (age 85).

Our family is profoundly saddened by the passing of Derry on December 15, 2018. Loving and devoted wife to Peter who was also her best friend. Cherished mother and friend to her darling daughters Sue, Karen and Vicky, and son-in-laws Dave, Steve and John.

Forever remembered by her precious grandchildren, Scott, Craig, Shannon, Eric, Kimberly, Thomas and Samuel. Derry was a retired english and special education teacher with the Halton District School Board. Valued by her many friends for her sense of humour. She will be missed but not forgotten.

The family would like to express their deep appreciation for the many caregivers that assisted Derry in her final years.

A small family celebration of Derry's life will take place in the new year. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Parkinson's Society of Southwestern Ontario .
