Peacefully on Saturday, October 27, 2018, Deborah Leigh Johnston passed after a short but brave battle with cancer. Our mom now joins her brothers, Todd and Amos, and her parents Amos and Patricia. She is survived by her children Cristin, Kyle, Adam (Laura), Deirdre and Scott (Kate), her grandchildren Aden, Nathan, Elianna, Colin and Owen and her beautiful extended family and loving friends who supported her through her journey.

A celebration of life will be held and details will be shared at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Her family would like to thank the staff of 7C and 3 North Palliative Care at OTMH and The Trillium Hospital and Gift of Life Network as well as Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home for their care and compassion during this time.
