It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of David Sanci of Oakville, Ontario. David died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his father, Len, sister, Cathy and his beloved children, Lucy, William and Sally. David was predeceased by his mother, Marilyn, and brother, Danny. Dave attended Oakville Trafalgar High School moving on to the Automotive Marketing Course at Georgian College. After graduating, he began his career in the family business, Oak-Land Ford Lincoln, ultimately becoming President and Dealer Principal. One of the many successes David enjoyed as a dealer was being involved with Factory Dealer Relations, particularly the formation of the National Lincoln Dealer Committee, and his participation in the National Dealer Round Table. David's happiest moments were with his children, spending time at his cottage in Muskoka, and family trips. He also found great comfort and joy playing with his precious little dog Sandy. David will be deeply missed by his extended family and his many close friends. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) on Sunday April 29, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday April 30, 2018 at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville at 11 am.
