Peacefully with family, at St. Peter's Hospital in Hamilton on Friday, July 16, 2010, at age 49. David, beloved son of Anna and the late Norman Cooke. Loving brother of Terry and his wife Sarah, Elizabeth and her husband David and Susan and her husband Ismael. Much loved uncle of Connor, Gibson, Korben and Hattan. David will also be greatly missed by his dear friend Cal Jaeger. A Service to Celebrate the Life of David will be held 11am Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Chedoke Presbyterian Church, 865 Mohawk Road West, Hamilton. For those who wish memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of Hamilton or Chedoke Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund. Special thanks to the staff of St. Peter's Hospital Hamilton and Emmanuel House Hamilton for all their care and support for David over the last two years.
