It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jack Kowalik on Saturday June 21, 2025. Loving father of Sebastian (wife Stephanie) and uncle of Waldek (wife Kasia).  Predeceased by his parents, Filomena and Rudolf, and siblings Jadwiga (husband Jack) and Zbigniew.  Lovingly remembered by his extended family and friends in Canada and overseas.
Service will be held on Friday June 27, 2025 at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville at 3pm with reception to follow.
