Snow, Charles (Charlie) Leo CPA CMA
(Born in Montreal, February 20, 1931 – Died, Thursday, July 2, 2015)

Dear husband of Thora (nee Peckham). Cherished Dad to Paul (Barb), Mark (Cristina), and Kevin (Susan) and Granddad to Sarah. Pre-deceased by his parents Hubert and Ann (nee Jackson), and seven brothers and sisters (Hubert, Mary, Ray, Theresa, Ann, Daniel, and Helen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Charlie led a full life that included playing hockey, cycling, cross-country skiing, swimming, reading, and enjoying quiet times around the pool. Charlie also enjoyed coaching hockey and soccer. Charlie will best be remembered for always having a good word for all those people he knew and would, without fail, bump into someone he knew while travelling in Canada and the States. Charlie played an active role in the Direct Sellers Association (DSA) and was the initial recipient of the Ivan P. Phelan award, in recognition of his contribution to the advancement of the direct selling industry in Canada. Charlie was also awarded the Queen's Jubilee Medal. Charlie retired as the V.P. Finance of Mary Kay Canada and previously held senior financial management roles at Avon Canada. The family would like to thank all the wonderful doctors, nurses and caregivers who have treated, taken care of and comforted Charlie over the past years. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr, (905 844-2600) from 2-4 and 7-9pm on Sunday, July 12, 2015. Funeral to be held at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Oakville, Ontario, 47 Reynolds St. at 10am on Monday, July 13, 2015 followed by a Christian Burial at St. Jude's Cemetery, Oakville, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Movement Disorder Clinic at Toronto Western Hospital (tgwhfonline.ca), Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (haltonhealthcare.on.ca), Acclaim Health (acclaimhealth.ca), or Ontario March of Dimes (marchofdimes.ca).
