It is with great sadness we mourn the peaceful passing of Carl Phillips, age 86, on Sunday, July 30, in Oakville, Ontario.  His beloved Wife of 56 years, Maureen (nee Moorey), and his children were by his side.  Adored and deeply respected by his family, Carl will be remembered as a hero and an endless source of knowledge, guidance, love and generosity.  His 50 year career spans many fields, having excelled first in school and sports, and then, within every field he entered.  Carl excelled as an Academic, an Army Major, an Industrial Psychologist, a CEO,  a globally published Author, Speaker and Strategist.  His professional mentoring and unique insights are carried by many Canadian and Global Leaders.  His proudest achievement was being a devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather.  He is survived by his son Shane, his wife, Krisztina (nee Csernus), and their son, Oz; his daughter Alison, her husband, Michael Mellon, and their children, Troy, Ashley, Jesse and James.  His family and congregation welcome his friends and loved ones to join us on Saturday, August 26th at the Church of the Epiphany, 141 Bronte Road, Oakville, at 11 am to celebrate a wonderful life.
