PENNY, Brian — Suddenly passed away on December 5, at the age of 65 years. Brian is survived by his devoted parents, John and Maureen; his beloved sisters, Janet and Gillian; and his cherished nieces and nephews, Shannon (Brian) and Kieran (Andréa).

Brian was an Office Manager with Pencon Equipment Company and a passionate volunteer within the Oakville community. If there was a music festival in need of helping hands, Brian was often lending both his time and energy behind the scenes. A lifelong lover of music, Brian fulfilled a bucket-list dream by visiting Abbey Road, paying tribute to one of his favourite bands, The Beatles.

Brian was a familiar and welcome presence at the Bronte Sports Kitchen, enjoying a game with friends with a Molson Canadian in hand. He was a fixture at Bronte Legion's weekly trivia nights, where his enthusiasm, wit and humour will be fondly remembered.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Bronte Legion on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 2 to 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 486 Poppy Fund.
