IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Brennan Andrew
Mcintyre
July 31, 1985 – October 16, 2025
On October 16, 2025, our beloved Brennan McIntyre went home to be with Jesus. His passing was sudden and unexpected due to an unforeseen heart episode. While our hearts are deeply saddened by this loss, we find comfort in knowing that Brennan is now in the presence of his Savior. Whole, healed, and at peace.
Brennan's life was marked by kindness, generosity, and a deep love for others. He brought joy and laughter to everyone who knew him. Though his time with us feels far too short, his impact will remain forever in our hearts. We celebrate Brennan's life with gratitude for the precious moments we shared, and for the many moments of hilarity that will continue to bring smiles and comfort in the days ahead.
Born on July 31, 1985, in Etobicoke, Ontario, Brennan grew up in Streetsville, Mississauga. He was a beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, and friend whose warmth and humour touched everyone he met. Brennan is survived by his loving parents, Isaac and Patricia, his loving brother Ryan (Stephanie) and loving sister Katie (Dylan), and his extended family—the Deakins, Dixons, McIntyres, Byers, Bennetts, and Livingstons—all of whom held a special place in his heart. He was a proud uncle to seven nieces and nephews, and an honorary uncle to the many children of his cousins and friends, all of whom adored and loved their Uncle Brennan.
Brennan was a man of strong convictions. When he loved someone (or something), his loyalty ran deep. Whether it was his family, his friends, his faith, or Auston Matthews and the Toronto Maple Leafs, Brennan loved fiercely and faithfully.
Brennan's sudden passing is a reminder of how precious life is, but also of how deeply one life, lived with love and faith, can impact so many. His legacy will continue through the countless lives touched by his friendship, consistency, and generosity.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 2–4 p.m. and 6–8 p.m. at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street). A celebration of Brennan's life will take place on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 2 p.m. at The Meeting House (2700 Bristol Circle, Oakville). Friends and family are invited to come celebrate and remember Brennan.
As a tribute to Brennan, all those attending the visitation and celebration of life are welcome to wear their favourite Maple Leaf or Blue Jays Jersey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to YoungLife of Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Brennan's memory.
