Passed away peacefully, on Thursday, February 8th, at the age of 86, leaving the world a little less orange. Born in Toronto on September 13, 1937, she was raised in Cabbagetown and spent many summers visiting her grandparents and cousins in Midland. After meeting the love of her life, John, they married and she moved to Oakville where they shared nearly 40 years together before his passing in 2002. They enjoyed many years of laughter and good times with family and friends at the cottage in Go Home Bay.

Beverly was a fixture in commercial real estate in downtown Oakville for over 35 years. An avid knitter, she was a master of the needles and was always working on a scarf (or two). She made friends easily and was known for her friendly smile, quick wit and kind heart. She enjoyed playing bingo and there she was lucky enough to win many friends; to her that was the real jackpot. A true matriarch, she was a beloved wife, mother & stepmother, grandmother, sister, aunt & great aunt, as well as a treasured friend. One of her favourite quotes says it all; "If I could sit across the porch from God, I'd thank him for lending me you".

A private family service has been held.
