Ben was with us for just 17 years, but in that time he touched the lives of so many.

Our loving, shining, happy, son, brother and friend was the light of our lives

and the star of our hearts and has left us smiling through our tears. He was joy personified.

Ben was the beloved son of Greg and Susan Teague, loving brother to Jordan, Matthew and Meghan; brother in law to Farin and proud uncle to little James. He will be sorrowfully missed

by his Nana and Poppa, Jack and Donna Slade and his Grandma Betty Teague; his Aunt Jennifer, Uncle John, Olivia, Claudia and Isabelle; his Aunt Kristine, Uncle Scot, Owen and Everett;

his Aunt Wendy and Uncle Jim; His Uncle Paul, Aunt Jessie, Caitlin, Fiona and Sam; his countless friends, teammates, schoolmates, neighbours and family friends.
