It is with great sadness that the family of Austin Carroll share the news of his passing on Saturday, February 23, 2019. Son of Eleanor (Billie) and James Carroll, Austin is survived by his loving wife, Linda (née Woods), his children, Wendy (Airton), Stacey (Andrew), and Brian (Paige), and his grandchildren, Austin, Alexander, Connor, Scott, and Benjamin. Austin will be remembered as a kind, welcoming, loving man whose compassion for others was matched by few. He took great pleasure in spending quality time with his family and nothing made him happier than being with his grandsons. Those who had the pleasure of knowing Austin know the world was made a better place by him; he will be greatly missed.

A visitation for Austin will take place at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home on Friday, March 1, 2019 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society http://www.cancer.ca or Princess Margaret Hospital https://www.thepmcf.ca
