Peacefully on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Allendale Life Care Centre in Milton in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Barry. Loved mother of Greg (Deborah), Heather Hetherington and Lisa La Plante Spencer. Cherished grandmother of Fallon (Erik Melander), Dustin, Erin (Chad Oldham) and Jake. And great-grandmother to Madison. Thank you to the staff of Allen and Sykes House at Allendale for their care and support and to Katie Burnham for her companionship. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 2-4 and 7-9pm Tuesday. Funeral mass on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 12noon at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 181 Sewell Drive, Oakville. Interment Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Society or the Willow Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
