IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Audrey
Eaton
March 3, 1941 – November 16, 2018
Audrey Eaton was born in Montreal and was the youngest of 5 children. Audrey's early schooling was at St. Gabriel's Girl Academy in Pointe St Charles, Quebec. She was a very clever woman; working for Bell Canada in Montreal; Shell Canada in Toronto.
Audrey was a stay at home mother for 16 years before her next adventure as an Interior Designer. Later in life after beating her first round with lung cancer; she volunteered for the Canadian Cancer Society in Oakville, On. However the cancer returned in 2012 after the passing of her beloved David. Although the cancer found in 2006 was the smallest lung cancer found, it still managed to take its toll.
Audrey is predeceased by her husband David, grand-daughter Jessica; and survived by her children; Bev, Murray, Ken and Susan, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren to whom she was lovingly known as "GG". Audrey will be greatly missed by family and friends but she will never be forgotten. We have all been blessed to have shared our lives with her.
"When God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be;
He put his arms around you and whispered come to me.
He didn't like what you went through and he gave you rest
His garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best
And when we saw you sleeping, so peaceful and free from pain
We wouldn't wish you back to suffer that again
Today we say goodbye; and as you take your final rest
That garden must be beautiful because you are one of the best."
A memorial service will be held Friday November 30, 2018 at 1 pm at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr).Visits: 0
