It is with great sadness that her family announces the death of Audrey Peggy Brophy in Oakville, on Monday September 15, 2014. Peggy was born in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, England on April 29, 1926 to Arthur and Ada Sheriston. She enjoyed a long life and was dedicated to her family and to serving others. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 61 years, Bernard (2006). She will be sadly missed by her loving family of three generations: children, Diane (Ron), Maureen, and John (Pauline) and grandchildren, David (Yolanda), Andrea (Bill), Michael (Miranda), Susan (Pierre), Jillian (Shawn), Joanne (Mike), Sheilagh (Darren), Catherine, Michael (Joan-Lee), and Allison. Nana was loved by her ten great-grandchildren Julia, Gabriela, Samuel, Parker, Lucas, Clara, Liam, Jack, Sophie and Emilia. Peggy had many close friends in Oakville who will miss her company. Visitation will take place at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville on Sunday, September 21st from 2:00 – 5:00 pm with a Remembrance Service at 3:00 pm.
