Antonio Cardillo passed away peacefully on May 12, 2026, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in Oakville, Ontario, surrounded by the love of his family.  Born on September 25, 1939, in Naples, Italy.  Antonio lived a life centered on family, hard work, and quiet strength. 

Antonio is reunited in peace with his beloved wife, Susan, and his dear daughter, Marian Brocca.  Antonio will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his son, Eric Cardillo, daughter-in-law, Sonya Cardillo, son-in-law Mauro Brocca, and his cherished grandchildren, Nathaniel, Matthew, Nicholas, and Christian. Together, they will carry forward the love, values, and memories he shared throughout his life.  Antonio’s resilience and warmth will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family and friends.

His passing leaves an ache that words seldom capture, a silence where his laughter once rang, and an enduring sense of gratitude for the time shared with such a remarkable man.  Antonio Cardillo’s life reminds us all of the beauty in creating, nurturing, and loving without reserve—a legacy that will continue to inspire and fortify his family and friends in the days ahead.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 19, 2026 from 2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 8pm at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street).  Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday May 20, 2026 at 12 pm at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville.  Interment to follow at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery.
