On Sunday March 3 ^rd , 2019 Antonia Lenarduzzi quietly passed away with family and relatives by her side. She leaves behind her husband Danilo, children Yvonne and Dino, and 5 grandchildren thankful for everything she did for each of them. She will also be missed by her sisters Laura and Maria. While a light has gone out of our lives, our happy memories remain.

Coming to Canada with only her mother, 3 brothers and 2 sisters at age 11, she managed to learn English and work at a factory before transitioning into motherhood and creating a warm and loving home. Aside from being a wonderful cook with her homemade Italian meals mixed in with other recipes she found and tweaked to be just right, she had an artistic side and a wonderful talent for crafts.

Through much of her earlier life she enjoyed vacationing with the family or getaways with Danilo. Destinations included trips to Florida, Puerto Vallarta, Cuba, and Manzanillo and elsewhere where she'd soak up the sun while doing her best to control Danilo during his party days.

As a Nonna, she constantly provided love and support to her sweet grandchildren Kaitlyn, Jennifer, William, Claire and Charlotte. In her later years, she was a regular at the local Women's Fitness centre. Despite a vigorous attempt to fight her illness the aggressiveness of her disease eventually became too much all too soon.   She will be greatly missed, but her presence will continue in her family's hearts and minds.

A visitation for Antonia will take place at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block East of Kerr) on Wednesday March 6 ^th , 2019 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm with a short service on Thursday at 11 am also at Kopriva Taylor.
