Anthony (Tony) Francis Furness
December 2, 1932 – October 9, 2025

Our Dad, Grandad and best friend is home now with our Mom.  Mom and Dad arrived from England 68 years ago Thanksgiving weekend with $500 in their pockets and big dreams. And what a life they built over the next 44 years.  We lost our Mom 24 years ago and it seems perfect that they were reunited on the same weekend that they truly started life together.   Dad loved animals, music, sports and travelling but he loved his family, neighbours and friends the most.  He was the definition of a "good man".  He was not only our Dad and Grandad but our best friend.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Church Burlington Wednesday October 15, 2025 at 10:30 am with a light reception to follow in the hall.
