Passed away peacefully at West Oak Village LTC in Oakville on January 21, 2020 at the age of 91 years.

Beloved wife of the late Nicholas De Jong, and mother of the late Jimmy De Jong, Anne is survived by her children John De Jong (Linda), Gina Spencer (Tim) and Bill De Jong (Nancy). Oma will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Audrey and Paul, Simon and Mason, Amanda, Heather and Crystal and by the extended van Smoorenburg and De Jong family members in Ontario, Quebec and the Netherlands.

Special thanks to the staff at West Oak Village who provided Anne with such loving care during her time there.

A celebration of Anne's life will be held this April in Spencerville, Ontario, after which she will be interred beside her loving Niek at St. Laurence O'Toole Catholic Church Cemetery.
