L oving wife of late Mikolai, mother of Joseph (Monica) and Linda (Matthew) and grandmother of Roger, Brandy, and Ella,

Anna peacefully passed away on October 25 ^th, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.  She was surrounded by family in her final days which gave her great joy and comfort.

She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends in Canada, Poland and Ukraine.

The family is grateful for the wonderful care that Anna received during the course of her illness from Dr. Mary Zamora and the staff at Oakville Trafalgar Medical Hospital.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church Building Fund would be sincerely appreciated.

Visitation will be held on Saturday October 27, and Sunday October 28 from 7-9 pm.

Funeral Mass will be held on Monday October 29, 2018 at St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 300 River Oaks Blvd., Oakville at 10 am.
