Peacefully on Wednesday January 18, 2017 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, in his 80th year. Gus, beloved husband of Yolande. Loved father of Robert and his wife Tina. Dear Grandpapa of Connor and Ryan. He is survived by his siblings Charlie, Leo, Florence, Dennis, Peter and Joe. Visitation at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville from 2-4pm & 7-9pm on Monday January 23, 2017. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 2415 Rebecca Street, Oakville 10am Tuesday January 24, 2017 followed by cremation.
