Died peacefully on May 14, 2010 at the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital at age 104. Reunited with his beloved wife Rose. Much loved father of Mary, Peter, Francis and Philip. Father-in-law of Imelda and Denise. Treasured grandfather of Stephan, Andrew and Diane. He will also be deeply missed by other family members and friends in Canada, England, Australia and Germany. Many thanks to the staff and caregivers at Sunrise of Oakville for their care and support for the last six years.
Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600), Oakville from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday with a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 10 a.m. at St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds St., Oakville. Memorial donations to the Asthma Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
