Passed away peacefully at Sunrise Senior Living, with her loving family at her side on Sunday June 16, 2013 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Joseph "Reggie" Xavier (1999). Dearly loved mother of Lizette Madhurika (Rajan Ariyanayagam) Xavier, Johann (Julianna) Xavier, Rithika (Pradeep) Shakespeare and Sashika (Fahmy) Nizar. Cherished grandmother to Leonard Janesh (Janice), Mishka, Kishen, Avram, Caelan, Emeshe and Julien. She will be dearly missed by her brother Robin Pillainayagam and sisters Rajini Hewage and Helene Marathalingam. Angela was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka on September 29, 1932 and later emigrated to Canada. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday June 22, 2013 at 11am at St. Matthews Roman Catholic Church, 1150 Monks Passage, Oakville. Cremation will follow with interment at a later date.
