In Loving Memory of Allison Michelle Thorpe

March 17, 1992 – January 9, 2026

Beloved daughter of Susan and David.  Little sister to our wonderful Kristen.  Auntie Allison to Everly and Adelynn and a loved family member of the Thorpe and Beckwith families.

Despite her limitations, Allison lived life to the fullest.  She participated and was included in everything, laughing and grinning all the way.  She lived life with a child's innocence and joy.  Loved a good cough or a sneeze and her story books. She loved being outside, whether going for a walk, going for boat rides or on the deck at the wheelchair accessible cottage.  Allison loved her people and was happiest in the midst of large family gatherings.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026 at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) at 11 am.

Reception to follow. Allison loved bright colours, feel free to wear your favourite colourful outfit in her memory.

In lieu of flowers, if desired, a donation to your local Public Library or Humane Society would be appreciated.
