Passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the age of 91. Freda leaves behind her loving husband of 64 years Don Carlton. Devoted mother of JoAnn and her husband Mike Jennings and Ron and his wife Trish. Cherished grandmother to Heidi Michelle Armstrong and Spencer and Robyn Carlton and great-grandmother to Hunter and Logan Armstrong. Dear sister of Edna Cunningham, Rita Gribben and Aileen Worlsey. Sister-in-law of Ron and June Ann Quesnelle and Irene Carlton. Special aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Philias and Emma Goguen and siblings Emery, Edgar, Johnny and Irene. A Memorial Mass will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at St. James Catholic Church, 231 Morden Road, Oakville. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Palliative Care Program at the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
