Member of Knights of Columbus, Marian Council 3881, Sixtieth Degree.
Peacefully on Friday, August 3, 2007 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Adrian Smits in his 87th year, beloved husband of Cornelia (Kate). Dear father of John (Barbara), Frank (Lynn), Mary (Jim) and Wilma. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville from 2-4 and 7-9pm Sunday. A mass celebrating the life of Adrian will be held 11:00 am Monday, August 6, 2007 at St Michael Church, 181 Sewell Drive, Oakville. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to Food for Children (c/o Dr. Simone) would be appreciated.
