Ada Angel Hecht, of Oakville passed away peacefully on Friday June 14, 2024 at the Georgetown Hospital in her 91st year.  She will be greatly missed by her son Wolfgang, daughter Monica (Daniel) and her many nieces, nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her husband Konrad, brothers Lothar, Joachim, Dieter, Alfred and many relatives and friends.

Ada was fond of the hobby of photography through her work at the camera booth at Simpson's and later retiring from McCutcheon's Camera Store in Oakville.

Visitation will be held on Saturday June 22, 2024 at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) from 2 pm to 3 pm.  Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 3 pm.  Interment to follow at St. Jude's Cemetery.
