Passed away peacefully at Wyndham Manor on Wednesday
November 25, 2009 with her family by her side. She was 96.
Predeceased by her loving husband of 67 years, Gerrit. Survived
by three loving daughters, Ennie & Lloyd Hurst, Rika & Kurt
Reichstein, Truusje & Dick Flikkema. Predeceased by grandsons
David Hurst and Dan Reichstein. Seven remaining loved
grandchildren Debbie, Ken, Kathy, Denise, Harry, Brian and
Richard and eleven loved great-grandchildren Sarah, Tiffany,
Kylie, Jennifer, Adam, Ryan, Dawson, Scott, Matthew, Sophie
and Haden, and great-great-grandson, Logan. The Lubbers
Family moved to Oakville in 1951 from Holland. Visitation will
be at St. John's United Church at Randall and Dunn Street,
Oakville, on Monday, November 30, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Funeral
Service at 12:00 p.m., reception to follow in Lusk Hall. Private
family interment at St. Jude's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Crohn's and
Colitis Foundation of Canada would be appreciated. We would
